The view towards the lake is all windows with an extended deck. My guests will also be able to go up to my Sky Deck which has one of the highest and most beautiful views of the lake and the Texas hill country. There is a private entrance for guest. One-night stays are possible under the right conditions.

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.

Explore by day, then escape to a greenscaped acre home to sip wine in the hot tub. Kitchenette has toaster oven, microwave, and electric skillet (no stove). Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small (shower only), but we have a hot tub and everything you’d need to be comfortable.

Please note that we truly are in the country, set back into a neighborhood that used to be a cattle ranch! The closest restaurant/gas station/grocery store is 10 minutes or so away.
