The Mint Cottage is new to the air bnb market. It is a 3 bedroom Cape Cod on .5 acre lot in Charming Chesapeake City! The 1st floor features a master bedroom suite with updated amenities, large living room and kitchen, PLUS a full hair and makeup station (great for bridal parties). The 2nd floor has two bedrooms- a queen and 2 twin beds. The house features 3 full baths.The back yard has a private swimming pool, fire pit and patio. Not far from all the tourist attractions that Lancaster has to offer. 1 hr from philly airport, 15 minutes from downingtown, 15 minutes from gap,and 20 minutes from Intercourse. Large solar heated pool for summer fun! Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings on one acre at the end of a cul-de-sac. Pet allowed large property with room for everyone to stretch their legs. Private space all to yourself, with parking and seperate entrance. AC, queen bed, foldout couch, microwave, Keurig coffee, mini stove and mini fridge. The Hepburn is a beautifully renovated and decorated by home by Harlow Grey Homes. This meticulously restored glass cabin is located on over an acre of private grounds on a serene 75 acre lake. Firewood included! The separate seven-person hot tub is OPEN for the season. The private pool + built-in spa is closed and is set to reopen mid May 2025
