This self contained studio offers a touch of luxury with hot tub / indoor sauna and steam room for private hire This suite is a four poster room and is designed to offer all the home comforts you could expect whilst visiting Southsea and Portsmouth for work or pleasure. This studio is designed with a romantic touch for those looking for an elegant setting. The studio comes with a kitchen and ensuite bathroom. It’s light and fresh and has a large bay window looking out to a secluded garden.

With this room you have your own kitchen, Do bring your own food/drink as you have a lovely big table, fridge freezer and wine fridge. You have all pots/pans/cutlery and plates etc to prepare a nice meal. Please ensure you remove your rubbish into the large bins out the front of the building. When you vacate, please ensure you leave the kitchen as found clearing your dishes. The kitchen is strickly out of use from 9pm - 8am. As guests in the room below and fire safety regulations.
