Large room sleep 9 with kitchen

With this room you have your own kitchen, Do bring your own food/drink as you have a lovely big table, fridge freezer and wine fridge. You have all pots/pans/cutlery and plates etc to prepare a nice meal. Please ensure you remove your rubbish into the large bins out the front of the building. When you vacate, please ensure you leave the kitchen as found clearing your dishes. The kitchen is strickly out of use from 9pm - 8am. As guests in the room below and fire safety regulations.

At just 150m from Festival Place, we have excellent connections to all shopping and eating establishments and we are also within walking distance of the Anvil for those who are looking to visit Basingstoke to take in a show. The Pulteney has a four poster bed with antique furniture and period fittings, the Ivory and Garden rooms are more contemporary. Please be aware there is no lift.
