We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

Our lovingly restored 1850 farmhouse with indoor-outdoor layout includes an expansive breeze-filled screen porch with areas for dining and relaxation. Inside, our light-filled home is furnished with a mix of vintage and contemporary furniture. Bikes are provided and a Cove Beach box stores beach chairs & your items.

Terrific space with loads of light and openness. Overlooking golf course, hayloft converted into king bed with twin bunks in office nook and 1.5 baths. It's the perfect place to get away from it all. Barn converted into residence. Comfy, quiet and serene. First level has living room, dining room and a half bath with a spiral to the hayloft which is open to below and divided by closets that create the office nook but permit light over them. The barn is open, only the bathrooms have doors.

Why not invite your immediate family to spend time together in our late 19th century 3000 sq ft farmhouse with vineyard view. you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.
