Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Conveniently located just 18 miles from the square in downtown Knoxville, 40 miles from Dollywood, Gatlinburg and 50 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The private cabin sits on 30 acres of rolling hills and meadows with spectacular views of House Mountain and Clinch Mountain. Hike up beautiful House Mountain and look down on the cabin from the lookout rock at the top. You won’t want to leave!

Thank you for choosing my home. Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this Jefferson City home, near both the lake and the main strip. This charming 3/2 home with ample parking and a large fenced in yard with picnic table and large barbecue grill, is great for both children and pets. Yes, well behaved house broken pets are welcomed. This home comes with two internet TV’s, full kitchen, as well as small items to make it easier to vacation and work.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

Mountain View Guest Cottage

Stay cozy in our Dandridge cottage—5 min from Douglas Lake launches and close to Cherokee Lake too! This updated 400 sq. ft. miner’s cabin has a queen bed, sofa sleeper, WiFi/Netflix, new bath, and kitchenette. Great for couples, families, and tournament fishermen with room to park your boat.
