This is a quiet, private casita located behind the main house inside a locked, enclosed courtyard. It is within walking distance from downtown, Old Town, museums, restaurants, indoor/outdoor coffee shops -- yet it's nestled in a quiet residential area. By car you're less than 5 minutes from the freeway in one direction, and from the downtown area, Convention Center, Zoo, Aquarium and botanical gardens in another. A parking space is provided in the driveway. No pets, and we make no exceptions.

Walk just 2 blocks to Historic Old Town to shop from local artists, enjoy great restaurants, and explore museums like Explora, the Natural History Museum, and the Museum of Albuquerque. Tiguex Park is nearby for dogs and kids! Convenient access to I-40/I-25 with parking for U-Haul. Well-behaved dogs are welcome; please check the box (no cats, please)!

Property located in Historic Old Town Plaza area. Walking distance to museums, parks, shopping, restaurants, historic church. Home is 100 years old, built with adobe, brick floors, viga ceilings, kiva fireplaces & private patios. Resident manager in main house #1 oversees three rentals: casita #2 & #3 (each 1 bedroom 1 bath with open kitchen living area) and a 2 bedroom/2 bath house #57. All three have kiva fireplaces and private patios. Private hot tub on property and Off street parking.

This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
