We are located within the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : ) Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in the air conditioning after a great day of having fun! Enjoy the mountain breeze in this rustic and cozy A-Frame chalet. Hike through the woods, cozy up to an outdoor fire, or just relax on the porch and listen to the sounds of nature. The chalet is conveniently located one mile from Summersville Lake (Battle Run Recreation Area), 22-miles from the New River Gorge National Park, and four miles from the Upper Gauley River rafting and kayaking put-in.

“The Redstar” Cabin in New River Gorge Preserve

The Red Star Cabin is located in the New River Gorge Preserve, a gated neighborhood 5 minutes from the New River Gorge National Park and the historic town of Fayetteville. With many beds and convertible couches, this home is perfect for families and large groups. Relax in the hot tub or take a walk through the neighborhood trails to catch a glimpse of the famous New River Gorge Bridge.
