This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. It is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. Appliances: full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Steps from the water, this camp sits on a 75 foot lot with a covered carport and cozy screened-in porch. The inside is super clean with central air and heat and 2 window units. There's 2 swings - 1 on the pier and 1 under the porch, a fire pit, and tons of room for a big cookout! party barge can be rented

The Cabin is a cozy getaway located on a 4.5 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood. It's only 10 minutes away from the Baton Rouge Airport and Walmart. Downtown Baton Rouge and LSU are about 20 minutes away so if you’re planing to watch a game or enjoy the city it is a little bit of a drive. There's also a simple walking trail that goes to an over view of the Comite River. It takes 5 or 10 minutes to walk and can be challenging for small children but will be enjoyable for out door lovers.

Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!
