The O2 is a designer, wool-insulated yurt and living complex; just for you two. Expect sustainable, high-end luxury; French linen, art, sculpture, heating, mood lighting, Italian shower room, decking, outdoor fire, BBQ ...and private outdoor bath. The unimpeded views of 1.2 million hectares of soaring mountains and giant wilderness lake is breathtaking.

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Visit Tekapo or Mt Cook then relax in a private wood-fired hot tub under the stars of the dark sky reserve. Very safe location. 50 mins to Mt Cook/Tekapo. 2.5 hrs to Queenstown.
