Come and experience the beauty of life on a farm! This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

Campus Cottage

Upstairs two bedroom apartment located in College View area just a short walk across the street to Presbyterian College. Perfect for campus visits, tours, and sporting events. Short driving distance to local restaurants (less than one mile). Unit has two bedrooms (3 twin mattresses available upon request), one full bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen with full fridge, stove, and microwave. Coffee maker provided with coffee, creamer, and sugar during your stay. Plenty of room to relax!

Quiet and tidy neighborhood, with free off-street parking for up to two vehicles. Just minutes from Lake Murray, Saluda Shoals Park and River, shopping and restaurants, approximatly 15-20 minutes from down town Columbia, the Vista, U of SC & CIU campuses, Williams-Brice Stadium, and about 20-25 minutes from Fort Jackson.

The Inspiration House

Ryan and I are certain you will love Newberry's friendly "small town" atmosphere. Our home was built in the late 1800's. It provides visitors with an eclectic blend of "old house" charm and modern updates within walking distance to the Newberry Opera House and wonderful downtown restaurants. The house features over 3,600 square feet of high ceilings, heavy pocket doors for privacy, three fireplaces, four bedrooms with three queen and two twin beds, 3.5 baths..and a wonderful front porch.

Located a walk from Newberry College is this chic bungalow which combines modern finishes with rustic, boho charm. Inside this newly renovated home, be treated to all the amenities with two beds, a couch, a love seat as well as a large sectional, washer/dryer, tvs, fully equipped kitchen and so much more. Outside, enjoy the private yard, side porch and back porch with a grill and fire pit. Escape the hustle and bustle in this quiet neighborhood that’s a walk away from activities for all.

Exterior Carriage Doors w/ remote control entrance for privacy, 2single bed in living area, sofa (full) bed, full size refrigerator w/ ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, NINJA FOODI oven, Toaster, crockpot, Kettle, wifi, table, access to pool, pool table, etc-TV(fire stick). We have pets but in separate part of house/yard. Minutes from town & Presbyterian College. Perfect for tours, sports. Apartment was previously used for family. Quaint/rustic, perfect for private stays.

4 mile off I26 CLEAN fully stocked peaceful COMFY

We manage and clean our home personally. It is a super clean home that sits on an acre and a half of land. Close to downtown newberry, 7 mile. And 30 mile from Columbia/Irmo. 4 mile off I26. It’s on a paved dead end road in a very safe area off 176. We aren’t fancy, but the home has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. We live close by to be of any assistance, but we don’t bother our guests unless they ask. ALL DOGS must be approved, maximum of 2, NO CATS. NO PARTIES!!

*please note the water is low right now. It is let down every winter for repairs . We have a one bedroom with a queen bed. Living room with 2 couches. Sunroom looking towards the lake with 2 futons that can sleep 2 each. The kitchen is full with pretty much anything you need. Also we have a cooker and charcoal grill on the porch. No Wi-Fi sorry! Please bring your on linens and towels. There are some there and if used would prefer you to wash and put away.
