Our beautiful private, updated home is located in the quaint town of Tiverton, Rhode Island on a dead end quiet street. We are a short drive to the beach, local restaurants, and coffee shops. The open floor plan is great for big families or larger groups to gather and be together in the house. We have all new kitchen appliances a granite counter top and a laundry room for you to use during your time here. We welcome all to enjoy our beautiful home and explore our amazing New England town.

In order to book you have to be 30 years of age! This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Spacious, beautiful walking distance to restaurants, parks, wharfs & beaches. Everyone's best kept secret! The neighborhood is quiet, a beautiful yard, patio, chairs & grill. Pet friendly $45-fee per night, per pet (max 2). Driveway parking. Respect neighbors & mandatory noise ordinance rules. 4 Capacity or Perfect for family 5 w/ children. Small gatherings of 7 is fine. No gatherings outside after 10pm

Vintage 1925 beach cottage beautifully restored and furnished. * Central AC! * 3 Bedrooms (including sleeping porch), 1 Bath * Perfect for family, couples, or girls' weekends. * Main bedroom has a King bed. * Second bedroom has two twins and sofa bed. * Living room has a sleepable couch. * All-weather enclosed porch has another twin bed; can be used as a third bedroom. *Off street parking provided for two cars (there is no parking allowed on the street).

Located in the historic Narragansett Pier, this charming, family-friendly Victorian is on a quiet street a mile from beautiful Town Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around porch or grill after a day at the beach on the backyard patio. Walk to favorite local restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, playgrounds, and stores. Easy day trips include Providence, Newport, Watch Hill, or Mystic. Take the ferry to Block Island from nearby Galilee.

Between Two Beaches - for Six and Family Sprawl

There is 2 night minimum through 2024. There are air conditioners in the bedroom windows and a portable unit in the living room. Towels, linens, soap, shampoo, wifi, tv, deck, grill, yard w/ swing set & kid's clubhouse - 1st & 2nd Beaches are nearby - Newport Center: 7 min by car. Groups of Unrelated Individuals: 22 & Older Only. NO EXCEPTIONS! Capacity: 6 adults with room for family sprawl (1-3 kids under 7)

Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)
