A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

Expect traditional features and quirks of an older property in our former home that we loved and enjoyed. A healthy walk to beaches, bars/ eateries, a short drive to Newport and a central location for everything the island has to offer!

Location, Location, Location! THE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!! This is a great Thames Street location that carries a "94" walk score. The house is close enough to walk to the Brick Alley Pub in 6 mins, Bowen's Wharf in 8 mins, yet far enough to enjoy the quiet back yard.
