73 Kymbolde, a charming Victorian farmhouse was built in 1925. The house has been professionally decorated blending the allure of the original period detailing with modern updates. Situated on five and a half bucolic acres with a beautiful in-ground swimming pool, you will love the private setting. Although Narragansett Town Beach is just a short drive away, you may decide to spend your days lounging by the pool. Enjoy the night sky and sounds of summer from the fabulous twelve foot covered porch. With ceiling fans and lighting, the porch will become a favorite place for seasonal al fresco dining or simply relaxing. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor along with a full bath. The master bedroom has a new covered deck overlooking the private yard. Air conditioning units are located in two bedrooms. First floor features include a large living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen as well as a half bathroom. Located in South Kingstown, off Middlebridge Road, kayaking, paddle boarding and boating are just minutes away on Narrow River. By setting off from the bridge and paddling south, you will soon find yourself at the end of Narragansett Town Beach. Experienced kayakers will enjoy navigating the point where the river meets the ocean. The property is also centrally located and near many Narragansett beaches, Wakefield, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, the Block Island Ferry, Newport and Providence. This home is managed by Sunrise Properties, a local Property Management company run by local Rental Agents, Kim Churas, Kara Churas and Heather Kelley. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. A linen package is included with the rental, this included commercially laundered linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, bath mat and kitchen towels. Please note that linens are rented on a weekly basis and multiple week rentals will incur additional costs. Beach towels are not included, tenants will need to bring their own.
