This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Pet Friendly and Ocean Views! The Otter Rock Surf Yurt overlooks the Devil's Punchbowl beach and an easy walk to Beverly beach, Mo's West Chowder & Seafood, Flying Dutchman Winery, Pura Vida Surf Shop, and Cliffside Coffee & Sweets. The Yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and shower, gas heat stove, WiFi/TV, BBQ, and outdoor shower. BYOB - bring your own bedding, with two futons and oversize Paco Pads (firm), we recommend bringing extra blankets for padding and chilly coastal nights.

Relax and soak up all the comforts of home in a private one-bedroom apartment with great natural light, beautiful wood features, and all you need to enjoy whatever the day brings. The location is just one block from the beach and the Historic Nye Beach neighborhood. The Nook is only a short drive or longer walk to the Historic Bay Front, Deco District, and many of the Central Coast's attractions and offerings. The cottage is completely furnished with a full sized kitchen and a jetted tub/shower in the bathroom. It has a memory foam King size bed. Also a private deck off the bedroom.
