It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

Free off-street parking. Entire house with pool (heating pool is no longer available). 3 mn walk to Shopping/restaurants. 15mn drive to Destin. 7 minute drive to beach. Decorated with original art from Madagascar, where the owner Yolande is from, and where Yolande's husband Clint worked for 24 years. Clint is a native of Ft Walton Beach and a Vietnam Combat Veteran. No pets allowed (even visitors' pets). NO CAMERAS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE.

This 1st floor single level condo is waterfront with unobstructed views of Rocky Bayou extending to Destin and FWB PLEASE NOTE: NO PETS PER HOA RULES & NO DOCKING OF BOATS. Bluewater marina is a short walk/drive down the road. You can launch /park from there.
