1 bedroom relaxing cottage with a pullout sofa for additional guests. This cottage has a full kitchen - 1 bath and a very nice deck where you can hear the sounds of Ketners Mill dam. This property is a great get away but also not to far away from Chattanooga and and has an enormous amount of outdoor activity near by. This cabin sits directly on the Sequatchie River. Fish from your very on secluded beach, kayak down the sequatchie river or take a walk on the farm and pet some of our horses.

Our cottage guests enjoy sitting on the porch overlooking the beautiful pond, taking a leisurely 1/2 mile walk around our pond or sit on the dock fishing, or just listening to the fountain sounds like a waterfall. It is 1 mile away from the new Oddstory Brewing and 1.5 miles from a long list of our favorite restaurants on Main Street and 3 miles from Downtown.

Cozy modern interior with a vintage flavor features open concept kitchen, dining and living areas, and sleeps six or seven. Master bedroom has queen bed and two vanity ensuite bath with large walk-in shower. Full size comfortable bed in 2nd (middle) private BR and twin beds with brand new matresses and box springs in private front bedroom. The second full bath with tub and shower is located off hallway. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer.

Our Tudor village is part of Gardens in the Gorge which is tucked into Prentice Cooper State Forest with views of the Tennessee River Gorge and epic views of the Tennessee River (just across the road). The property has four cottages, curated gardens, Windsor Hall (event space), and hiking trials. Guests have access to 15 acres of land to explore and enjoy.
