It is on the second story, sitting above the owner’s ceramics studio below. Cozy sheets, organic towels, a gorgeous kitchen with a diverse coffee bar & more. Nestled at the foot of Missionary Ridge just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Our guesthouse is in our spacious yard behind our home & includes it's own fire pit and seating area in it's side yard.

Our cowboy style guesthouse and spacious 31 acres offer a quiet place to get away for a retreat weekend or an extended work stay. We are a great place for families traveling with kids and dogs.

In the heart of historic Old Town on Signal Mtn, the Carriage House is a charming hideaway built in 1930 and restored in 2014. A scenic 15min drive from downtown Chattanooga, the apartment is above a detached garage with private entrance and 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Capacity is 3 adults or family of 4. We're taking a break from hosting guests with toddlers.
