Welcome to your Southside Experience! This modern, second story home is located in the lively Southside community in Downtown Chatt. Walk, bike or Uber to many close downtown activities, restaurants, bars, unique shops, or explore the mountains. Start your day drinking coffee while enjoying the Lookout Mountain view and end the day relaxing on our comfy sofa or in the hot tub, should you choose to add the “hot-tub experience” ($100 additional fee) to your stay. We look forward to hosting you!

Come Relax with a stay at Vantage Point II. Enjoy breathtaking views, amazing sunsets and this beautiful three bedroom, two and a half bath, single level home. It overlooks the hang glider landing zone so you can watch the gliders and planes from the patio or raised porch! The home is well stocked and is located only 2 minutes from the flight park, 10 minutes from Cloudland Canyon, 10 minutes from Trenton, 10 minutes from Covenant College and 20 Minutes from the edge of Chattanooga (St Elmo).

Cute Modern- Rustic pet friendly home close to all Chattanooga has to offer! Places to eat and Walmart just down the road. The house is 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain attractions, downtown, TVA (Raccoon Mtn.), hiking, biking trails, and boat ramp. Newly remodeled and furnished with most everything you might need! Has a fire pit and electric fire place. Pets welcomed but must be approved before booking. Please message me if you plan to bring your pet before you book. Hope to see you soon!

A quick hike down the wooded trail reveals our modern home reaching out above the slopes of Lookout Mountain. Simple architectural lines guide the eye out, while sleek and calm interior allows the the mountainside environment to take center stage. Breath deep, spend time with folks you love and settle in. NOTE! The trail is built with sections of native stone and logs, so guests with mobility issues may find the walk to and from the parking pad challenging.
