Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. Peka Peka Beach house

Come and unwind, or celebrate a special occasion, in this modern, stylish, spacious guesthouse in Peka Peka - paradise of the Kapiti coast. With an easy commute from Wellington, this high-spec, 1-bedroom 60 sqm house comes fully furnished with luxury bed, designer bathroom and fully-fitted kitchen. The large section offers privacy and off-street parking large enough for those travelling with boats. Fully insulated, double-glazed. with heat pump. Come enjoy being cozy & comfortable by the sea!

Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofabed, seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a TV with chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly. 2 adults will be considered a couple unless otherwise stated.

Tiny Home - "Valley Views"

Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.

Welcome to The Beach Pod - your own 'tiny house' studio in the corner of our back garden. Outside is a large luxury stone bath in a quiet private garden setting, and there are two areas with a table and chairs to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. We have a two night minimum stay. We also offer a guaranteed late checkout of 2pm on the day you leave.... so you can sleep-in and relax.... there is no rush to go :-)
