Enjoy an early morning breakfast on the screened-in deck and spend a relaxing evening outside by the firepit. This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Lakes, golf courses, walking trails and scenic views offer something for everyone.

Maggie's Place

Maggie's Place is the guesthouse next to our residence, named after our friend who frequently opened her home to others. Included is a full kitchen/living area with a queen size sofa bed, work area, and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a tiled shower and washer/dryer. There is a screened in porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We are 2.5 miles from the interstate and only minutes from downtown Russellville. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

The Juniper House, house tucked in the trees

Tucked into the trees, this sweet, budget minded little house with wi-fi is even more private than our other listing nearby. With great views and access to local mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, etc. The horse and donkey love to eat out of your hand and you can arrange to meet the other animals, tour the fledgling food forest or just sit and read on the porch. Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests. NOTE FOR FEBRUARY 2026: our lake has been temporarily lowered so swimming, kayaking, fishing will not be available from our dock.
