The Old Stone House was built when the island of Nisyros was under Italian occupation in the 19th century. Wonderful views to nearby islands and glimpses of Turkey. Set set in private gardens and a 15 minute walk down to the village of Mandraki. The uphill walk back is 10 min longer. A full bathroom, huge outdoor kitchen and small but refreshing pool. We are completely off grid. Solar power and solar hot water. For 2023 we have added a fabulous Glamping tent that sleeps 2. 20 m from the house

Sterna Artists’ Studio

Sterna studio, located right below the medieval castle of Emporeios, is a traditional two-storey turret of the mid 17th Century. It collapsed, along with the rest castle after the devastating earthquake of 1933. Its restoration was completed in 2018 designed by Greg Haji Joannides and restored by architect Giorgos Tsironis. Restoring the authentic architecture of the building was achieved thanks to following the traditional building manner and using the genuine building materials.

Stone House Siga Siga

The Stone House Siga Siga is a contemporary traditional Nisyros home, constructed from volcanic rocks that were restored on-site. The house and its extensive outdoor areas were designed and built in 2020 by the renowned Nisyrian architect and restoration expert, GiorgisTsironis. Set on 2 acres of tranquil terraced land, planted with ancient trees, the house has 180-degree views to the Aegean Sea. Enjoy serenity and privacy at that comfortable house which hosts up to 5 guests.

Blue Sky Apartments Tilos

Blue Sky Aparts is located in Livadia, 300 meters away from the beach of the same name, and offers sea views, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The air-conditioned units have a private bathroom and kitchen with fridge, hob and Smart TV. In addition, there is a car rental service, two-wheeler, as well as a tour by tourist bus and boat to the sights and beaches of the island.
