The property has one bedroom with an en-suite shower room, kitchenette and lounge with sofa and tv. Situated in a row of similar south facing properties it enjoys the sun most of the day. The surrounding area is part of an AONB located near to St Catherine's lighthouse. Stickey Wicket is nestled in an area called the "under cliff". It is a real haven for walkers and cyclists alike.

Providing an "OFF GRID" Tiny House accommodation, is set within an established Food Forest Garden. It sleeps two adults with a double bed, that each morning you can wake to beautiful sea views, and offers a simple and efficient living space. There is a shepherds hut shower room with a combined dry compost toilet.. This accommodation is for over 18s only. No dogs.
