We have electric power! Home stayed dry during hurricane Milton. Clean and ready! Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail. You can do so many fun things, or just have a drink on the dock and watch the manatees. Pet Friendly

It is a 5 minute drive to Nokomis Beach, Siesta Beach and Venice Beach are within easy reach, and a block away to the Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice). Enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret. The cottage is conveniently located between Sarasota and Venice. This is an updated and renovated two bedroom suite on Siesta Key. Complete with marble dining table, stainless appliances and large televisions. There is a computer in the spare bedroom for your convenience along with an Xbox and DVD player. We tried to think of everything so please feel free to make suggestions after your stay. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. The sofa is a Laz-Y-Boy and is not a sleeper but is very comfortable!!! There is a set of twin-twin bunks in the main room!
