New house in Tallin near airport with tennis court

Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

Room for up to 16 people

We have newly renovated rooms in a beautiful place just outside Tallinn. In total we have 3 rooms located in our office building. This house received "Beautiful Home Award" from the President of Estonia in year 2010. The rooms are usually used by our own employees, but most of the time they are available. During renovation we did our best to make the rooms as comfortable as possible (hotel grade high quality beds, newest 4K LG Smart TVs, high speed wireless internet, high quality carpet, etc)

Tranquil Natural House

Our natural house is perfect for a unique and uplifting experience. Nestled in a serene natural environment just 15 min walk away from the sea. Built with natural materials, our home offers a warm atmosphere. It is fully equipped with everything, including comfy floor heating, a hot bath tube, a kitchen, a spacious terrace and a fireplace. The house is designed to be full of light and electro magnetic field neutral, we are using natural textiles and cleaning products. Allergy warning: a cat.

Water Tower - Incredible Territory - Sauna - Pond

Unique place with a great history and charming atmosphere. Three-storeyed house which was built inside the old water tower. Extensive area, 2 saunas, own pond. Quiet and secluded territory where you can grill, relaxing in the sunshine, playing different activity games in the bosom of family, friends or colleagues. Close enough to the center of Tallinn. What gives you the opportunity to make a mix of your travel. You can enjoy nature and walk in Old Town with all sightseeing.

Private House with Garden&Sauna

The place is in a peaceful garden area of Tallinn's Pirita region, about 20 minutes by bus or car from the city center and Old Town. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. Pirita is known for its beach, forests, river, and yacht harbor all within 3-4 km. Nearby are the TV Tower with restaurant and a botanical garden, each a 10-minute walk. The house includes a garden, sauna, terrace with a hot tub, and parking for 4 cars. During stay guest will live alone in the house.

Cozy Old Town Historic House

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. Sightseeings, museums, restaurants of Old Town within a short walk. Enjoy yourself and companions in medieval atmosphere. Great for creative retreat.

Kajamaa Holiday Home

Attractive, nature friendly place where you can relax and take time off. WiFi, 2 double-bed, sauna, swimming pool (during warmer seasons), grill, option to sit outside. We also offer additional services. It is possible to rent a hot tub for additional fee. During winter it can be used till 22.00-23.00 (depends on the day). Hot tub can't be rented if it's colder than -6 degrees. Gameroom in open from March to October for additional fee.

Golden Haven: Sauna, 2-bedroom, walk to beach/shop

Golden Haven / Kullakodu asub ajaloolise Viti mõisa kõrval, krunti läbib Viti oja, jalutuskäigu kaugusel Vääna-Jõesuu rannnast. Majas on saun, elutoast saab astuda avarale terrassile. Olemas pesumasin kuivatiga, nõudepesumasin, gaasigrill. Keskkonnasõbralikule külalisele teadmiseks, et maja katusel on päiksepaneelid ja võimaluse korral saab loodust säästa, kasutades elektrienergiat pigem päevasel ajal (nt kodumasinate kasutus).

Perfect getaway from city noise, only 25 minutes from Tallinn. House is situated in an area that is sparsely populated and full of nature - essentially no neighbours nearby but the main house located on the same site. Houses are positioned with privacy kept in mind - you won't even notice the other house either from windows or from terrace. 2 km from the sea.

Small but functional and characterful accommodation in nearly 700 year old medieval building. Built in year 1339. Cool on summer, warm on winter. Located in the heart of the old town, 150 meters from Town Hall Square. Surrounded with restaurants, cafes, shops, museums etc, yet quiet and private- tucked away in a gated courtyard.
