Free Kayaks, bikes, wifi, picnic equipment included in this spacious fully-air-conditioned apartment. Pick up a kayak, bike, your walking shoes or high heels and head to the riverfront or Gympie Tce restaurants about 70m down the quiet one-way road. Watch the action on the river while barbequing on the balcony or enjoy netflix (using your account) on the smart TV. This well-equipped apartment includes baby cot, high chair, board games. The booking guest must be 30yo (min) and must be staying.

Centrally Located Modern Studio Noosa Heads

Studio 17 is a separate self contained one bedroom, air-conditioned studio with private entry and off street parking. Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. This stylish family friendly 3 bedroom luxury townhouse is located in one of Noosa's prime areas. Walk straight from the living room onto a white soft sandy beach and swim in the crystal blue waters. Spend afternoons on the private roof top area with stunning water views and sunsets over Noosa. Pure holiday bliss! You have your own entrance and use of the pool directly outside the front door. There is a grassy park right next door and we provide a complimentary SUP and kayak for your use.
