Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. Wi-Fi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

Your stay supports the preservation of this historic 1905 Victorian home and contributes to the local community. The house has new siding, windows and insulation.
