With over 300 feet of shoreline, this is one of the largest waterfront homes on the lake. A private boat dock with plenty of room for gathering, a 2 story deck and all the amenities - this is the perfect spot for a family and friend getaway. The house is close to a launch ramp and the long, flat driveway allows for easy access for boat trailers and lots of vehicles. All you need for a perfect lake vacation! The kitchen is very well- appointed for all your needs. Bedrooms have comfy mattresses with fresh sheets and towels for each bathroom. The home sleeps 12 people among four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Additional amenities include spacious living areas on two levels, covered decks, fire pit, 2 kayaks, and a private dock on the main channel. Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.
