Hummingbird House at Organic Gardens1

Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

It’s rafting season and the rivers are ready! It is a perfect getaway for peace and tranquility at the end of a private road, but near freeway; close to Old Town Auburn, The Auburn Fairgrounds, shopping, brew pubs, dining, and the Placer Winery Trail, so you can explore. Or relax, rejuvenate and reflect. Enjoy an amazing view while reading or listening to records - even Karaoke! Our lil gem is nestled near world class trails, lakes and rivers. Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

This 1920's cottage is a bloc from Downtown Auburn's charming shops, bars & eats, and .5 from historic Old Town and CourtHouse We are located a mile from Robie Pt Western States trail, and .5 from the race' finish at Placer High. We are 10 min drive from the American River, half hour from Lakes Folsom/Clementine, and an 1.5 hours from Tahoe. Our downtown location means we are 1/4 mile from the freeway, with some ambient noise when outside. We are dog friendly, and hope you love our home.

Only 3 homes tucked away down this long driveway. Feels rural but close to Grocery store, downtown and to confluence!
