Located in the beautiful & dynamic Historic Summerville area of metro Augusta, this secluded Cottage is tucked behind our turn-of-the-century Craftsman-style home. This peaceful space offers a studio-style combined living-bedroom area including a comfortable full size bed & a twin sleeper sofa. You’ll find a full bathroom, eat-in kitchen with a compact & versatile air fry oven, private porch w/ gas grill, WiFi & 55” smart TV, street-side parking, plus a single assigned off-street parking space.

Bright, charming 408 sq ft studio apartment with a queen bed, work desk, lounge chair/ottoman, 3 piece private bathroom and kitchenette (sink, mini frig. & microwave).
