The Inn at Southport is located in the heart of Southport, just five blocks from the waterfront, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The King Suite at The Inn is tucked away at the back of the property under historic Oak trees. Bedroom 9 is up a flight of stairs in the The Big Creek Lodge on the 350 acre Luna's Trail property. Guests will enjoy beautiful views of Hanging Rock and Pilot Mountain from their private patio, a claw foot tub, and a walk in shower. Our restaurant is available Friday Lunch - Sunday Breakfast. There are sometimes large, private events downstairs. Please ask ahead if one may affect your visit.

The Historic Shaffner Inn: Falls Room

The Falls room, with a Queen Victorian theme, is a spacious size and is situated on the second floor. It offers an abundance of natural light and abounds in rich elegance. It is the original master suite, and contains a comfortable king-size bed, as well as two plaid, wingback chairs for lounging and a desk if work needs to be done. The en-suite bath features a tub/shower combination.

You will give 5 Starfish a 5 Star rating as the perfect beach getaway. This spacious private room has a queen-sized bed, a private bath and a screened porch as well as access to a large shared kitchen and living area. Located in Buxton's Beach District, 5 Starfish is just a short walk to several restaurants and shops and is only a few minutes from the beach.
