Riverside Ranch sits on 37 beautiful acres alongside the Shushwap River, 1km upriver from Mara Lake. The private guest suite has a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom including shower and soaker tub, and patio with hot tub and BBQ. The suite is self-contained, with your own private entrance. The property has a private sandy beach on the Shushwap River, just steps away from your private patio and hot tub. Breakfast service is available for an additional $20/person per day.

Queen (Green) Room - 120 steps from the beach, walk 10 minutes to downtown or 15 minutes to Kelowna General Hospital, a comfortable room with queen bed and full (3 piece including tub) private bathroom. Desk, TV, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in an energy efficient home (EnerGuide Rating 81 using an air-source heat pump). Breakfast is not provided nor is any other food service offered. We are a fully licensed B&B since 1996.

Room has a blow dryer, mini fridge, ceiling fan, bathrobes and bedside USB ports. The tile floors are heated with hydronic heating making the floors warm to the feet. Breakfast is served upstairs from 7:30 to 9:00 am or take your breakfast tray and sit inside or out.
