Set on a spacious private lot, this two-bedroom retreat offers a true off-the-beaten-path experience with snowmobile access nearby, four-season outdoor recreation, and direct waterfront access just steps from the cabin, where you can paddle upstream to Sturtevant Pond or downstream to the Magalloway River. Inside, the home blends rustic cabin charm with modern comforts. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the living area includes a cozy daybed and a sleeper chair, making it ideal for families or small groups. After a day outdoors, relax with board games, flat-screen TVs, and a cozy dining area perfect for sharing meals and stories. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and everything you need to cook at home. Guests are provided with linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer are available in the unfinished basement, and the cabin is equipped with central heating and ceiling fans. For safety, there is one outward-facing exterior security camera. The property is dog-friendly with a pre-trip pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed. PRIVATE and Upscale apartment in the village walking distance from restaurants, swimming, walking trails, kayak rentals and kayaking as well as snowshoeing and snowmobiling during the winter. Free skate rentals for skating on Haley Pond and you can also rent snowshoes and kayaks at Ecopalagicon. When the pond is frozen SNOWMOBILERS can cross Haley Pond which is in front of my house to get onto trails. My driveway will accommodate 2 snowmobile trailers. 2 night minimum on SNOWDEO WEEKEND
