It has a nice Florida room that overlooks the fresh water canal or grab a chair and head down to the canal to chill or fish! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 35 minutes to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach on Gasparilla Island, 40 minutes to Venice Beach, Nokomis, or Manasota Key where you can find shark teeth or only 55 min to the well known Siesta Key Beach!

You will often see manatees and other wildlife. This house is full of windows and natural light for a peaceful vacation in sunny Florida.Recently remodeled and refurnished you will have three bedrooms and two baths but also both couches open to make an extra bed as well. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the lovely back yard.welcome!

This is mostly a retirement neighborhood. This is NOT a party house and not suitable for unattended children.
