The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.
