Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Nestled in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors on our 100 acre Jacob Sheep Farm, close to the villages of Danby (3.9 miles) and (Castleton 3.7 miles) We are nothing like a hotel but instead offer quirky, comfortable, open plan, home from home accommodation in a tranquil setting. Arriving on foot, it is fully equipped with everything you might need. Close to Danby Castle wedding venue. We welcome all family pets and have plenty of fields for off lead exercise.

The CowByre Level access throughout. Sleeps up to 5 guests, 1 double room (Kingsized bed), 1 triple - a bunk and a single bed. The cottage has a walk in wet room. The kitchen offers a slimline dishwasher, hob, oven, integrated fridge, integrated freezer, toaster and microwave. The accommodation has underfloor heating throughout. Outside the cottage has a patio seating area, accessible ramp, fire pit. We have an onsite laundry which guests can use.
