This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. The Fish Shack (Private Path to Beach)

A stylish little studio called 'The Fish Shack'. The studio's sliding doors open onto a pretty garden. We are not beachfront but have a private path which leads directly onto Clareville Beach. The swimming is great and the sunsets are beautiful. The Fish Shack has a comfy queen bed, great shower, yummy linen, towels and wifi! There isn't a kitchen but there is a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, juicer.

Pittwater Boat House

Situated on the waterfront of Clareville, this intimate two level Boathouse is ideal for the romantic getaway. Set amongst native palms and gum trees with a magnificent view across Pittwater, this romantic one bedroom retreat comes with its own jetty, outdoor spa, outdoor dining and lounge area, kayaks and a small moto boat ideal for fishing and exploring Pittwater.
