Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. This fabulous penthouse apartment is on the 4th floor with an incredible oceanview over the old harbor. Our apartment is located in downtown, the best location possible location in Reykjavik. The 200 m2 apartment is with amazing view of the old harbor and Hallgrímskirkja. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances you need. Dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with a very large table for up to 20 people where you can enjoy the expectacular view. Along the dining area is one of the living rooms decorated with comfortable but stylish furniture's. The other living room big sofa, TV and walkable to the balcony. The balcony is very spacious with great view over the midtown and Hallgrímskirkja The apartment has three bedrooms are approx. 25 fm2 with queen size beds and spacious closets.
