Soak in the hot tub, or take the kayaks out! We offer comfy mattresses and cozy linens, as well as high speed wifi and a fully stocked kitchen.

Located just 90 minutes outside DC, The Lake House will become your new go-to retreat from the hustle. Come relax and make memories on the water with your family and friends.

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

At Camp Cottontail, you’ll find a secluded rustic retreat with the modern comforts of home.

This serene cabin is on the Ingleside Vineyard's property. Have a glass or two of wine and walk around the vineyards and then retreat to your own private a-frame cabin oasis. A beautiful view of the Roxsbury Estate where abundant wildlife can be viewed all around the property and the pond is stocked and ready to be fished. Within driving distance to wineries, Stratford Hall, George Washington & James Monroe's birthplace, Westmoreland State Park, and the beach town of Colonial Beach.

Tucked away on Fleets Island, this modern cabin offers the privacy of over 7 wooded acres on Little Oyster Creek with kayaks to easily access the river and Chesapeake Bay. The house is four-seasons friendly, newly-built with great light, two bedrooms with queen beds, two baths, cozy loft with TV, gas fireplace, stylish kitchen with a new range, Nespresso coffee bar, ping pong/mini hoop and TV in the bonus garage space, and a large deck for relaxing among the trees.

Nestled on a wooded waterfront property for all the swimming, kayaking and fishing you can manage. Bring your water shoes and sense of adventure and we'll take care of the rest! The rental comes with exclusive use of 2 kayaks. Guests are welcome to bring more water toys!

Pet-friendly log cabin with 2 rooms, A/C & heat, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Includes a queen bed, breakfast bar, mini-fridge, microwave, and ceiling fan. No bathroom inside, but just steps from our first-class, professionally cleaned bathhouse. No kitchen. Outside: charcoal grill, picnic table, and fire ring. $20 per pet per stay. Linens/pillows not included—bring your own or rent a set for $20. Enjoy our 85° heated pool, free game room, and playground.
