Our beautiful shepherd's hut sits in four acres of secluded woodland in rural Hexhamshire. Enjoy the peaceful solitude, with glimpsed views through the mature oaks onto the North Pennines. Surrounded by miles of footpaths, bridleways and moorland, there are walking, cycling and riding options in every direction. Nearby rural pubs offer delicious local ales and fantastic food; or try some home raised, rare breed pork over the firepit grill, then a drink on the raised deck in the evening sun.

The Orchard

Relax in this spacious secluded three bedroom cottage set in mature gardens & trees. Comfortably accommodating up to 6 family and friends. Just a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive into Hexham (twice voted Happiest Town in the UK) With its many fantastic pubs & restaurants. You are only a short drive from Hadrian's Wall, Vindolanda, Housesteads and Sycamore Gap. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.
