The hut has everything you need to enjoy a peaceful break from your busy life including a log burner for cosy evenings. Outside there is exclusive access to a wooded area for outdoor eating, relaxing to the sound of the river and wildlife watching. Fly fishing is available from our land free of charge.

The result is a modern but cosy cottage that provides everything you need for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Northumberland Coast, with a private garden including a hot tub and a toasty wood burner. The Lookout is a beautiful, spacious and well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor flat with a mini balcony, boasting uninterrupted, majestic views. Direct access to the coastal path and overlooking Seahouses Harbour and the Farne Islands, with Bamburgh Castle and even Holy Island visible in the distance. A perfect place from which to explore this dramatic and stunning coast. I'm afraid we are unable to accept pets. Dedicated parking is available for 1 car.

TINY HOME Railway Carriage No.1 - Stunning Views

At the end of a wooded lane, through a farm gate, two 1930s cargo rail carriages recovered from the North East Railway have been transformed into cosy retreats at Lockhaugh Farm. Carriage No. 1 is one of four unique rentals, uniquely positioned where Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Northumberland converge. Wild swimming, fishing, cycling and endless walks are just beyond the gate. Star-filled skies, owls, deer and badgers await.
