Bright, Charming and Elegant in the Heart of Lisbon

The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay. I will always endeavor to reply quickly to all your questions or comments. As soon as you confirm your reservation, I will be in contact to prepare your arrival and will be waiting for you in the flat to welcome you. In checkin and throughout your stay, i will be available any time you need tips about the best restaurants to visit or any other information you may like to know about this wonderful city. Feel like a local when exploring the supermarket, antique shops, trendy decor and design stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Wander further, via the nearby Metro, just 8 minutes to the historic center. Subway (metro) is the best public transportation to get around in the city. You will find São Sebastião metro station just at the end of the street (4 min walk). São Sebastião is an hub station for red line (direct connection to the airport) and blue line (direct connection to historic center, avenida da liberdade and santa apolonia train station). There are also three buses lines nearby (3 min walk), at Av. de Berna: 716, 726 and 756. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west). If you are traveling with a private car, there is a covered car park in front of the building, with a maximum daily rate of 12 euros.

This is a fully renovated three bedroom apartment with a large living and dining room as well as a separate TV space (100's of channels). It is furnished with high end furniture and design elements. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern high quality appliances. It has two full bathrooms with two showers and a large bath tub and a guest toilet. It also has a sunny balcony where a pleasant morning coffee or breakfast can be had. It is on the 5th floor of a building equipped with two elevators

Aqui é uma casa familiar e tranquila!💛 Estamos a 20 min de carro do aeroporto e 40 min de transporte público. 20 min de ônibus do Centro de Lisboa e uns 10 min de carro. Estamos a 13 min andando do Centro de Congressos Lisboa/RioTejo. Aqui é um bairro bem tradicional com cafés, mercados, restaurantes. O Lx Factory fica a 16 min à pé e Belém uns 30 min caminhando.

This is the flat where I live when I’m not out of town, so if you are reading this is because I will be on holiday on your dates and you can have the opportunity of living in a beautifully rentable flat of the 1950s in the centre of vibrant Lisbon. The home is furnished in the style of the 1960s by one of the biggest icons for Portuguese design in the 20th century, José Espinho, it is equipped with all the modern amenities, too.

Quarto individual, muito confortável e com janela ampla. O quarto está equipado com 1 cama de solteiro, uma mesa de trabalho e um roupeiro para arrumação da sua roupa. Excelente localização, com supermercados, restaurantes e todo o tipo de comércio. Muito bem servido de transportes públicos, estações de metro, linha amarela, azul e vermelha ( Picoas, Parque e S.Sebastião). Vários autocarros para toda a cidade. Se gosta de caminhar pode chegar ao centro da cidade em 30 a 45 minutos.
