Das Appartement Sonnenuntergang ist eine komfortable 3-Zimmerwohnung mit großer Küche mit Kachelofen.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

La casa si trova a Valbruna, piccolo e tranquillo paesino della Valcanale, a ridosso delle Alpi Giulie. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e costituisce uno strategico punto di partenza per le escursioni naturalistiche e storiche che offre la Val Saisera. In paese c'è un negozio di alimentari per le prime necessità, a poche centinaia di metri dalla casetta. Un supermercato è a 4 chilometri in direzione di Tarvisio. Ad un km da Valbruna si trovano gli accessi alla ciclovia AlpeAdria.

Házunkban 3 háziállatmentes apartman található. Minden apartman tv-vel és wifivel felszerelt, Nespresso kávéfőző áll a vendégek rendelkezésére. Kérésre kisgyermekeknek babaágyat és etetőszéket biztosítunk. Kerti grillezőnkön vendégeink a szabadban készíthetik el vacsorájukat, melyet akár a fedett taraszon is fogyaszthatnak. Eközben a gyerekek elfoglalhatják magukat a kerti kisházunkban lévő játékokkal. Vendégeink a háztól 10 méterre található parkolóban hagyhatják autóikat.

Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento.

Appartamento situato in una zona tranquilla a circa 2 km dal centro dí Tarvisio. Ha una superficie di 70 mq ed è composto da soggiorno, cucina, bagno e 2 stanze da letto. Ha inoltre una terrazza con vista sulle montagne. Alloggio pensato per coppie o viaggiatori in cerca di tranquillità. L'appartamento è ideale per soggiorni rilassanti; non è adatto a feste o gruppi rumorosi.
