This airy and inviting home is imbued with the artistic sensibilities of our native home of Vietnam. Spend your leisure days swimming, kayaking, fishing or just wading in the clear shallow water. Or you may just enjoy the sun rise over the lake from behind the large kitchen windows. Within minutes are Alpine Valley Ski and the amazing hiking/bike trails of Pontiac Lake Recreation Area.

A great cozy cottage on Lake Orion with Kayaks and A paddle board. Walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants with a great fenced in backyard for cookouts! There is a hottub for cooler Michigan Nights. Option to rent the pontoon boat for an extra charge. Please be advised, there is construction occurring near the property so construction vehicles can be heard on occasion during the day/business hours. We do have an outdoor camera facing the street for deliveries. 30 days Minimum

There are two large bedrooms on the second floor with private baths and large picture windows with view of the lake. The third bedroom is on the lower level with private bath and a door that walks out to the lakefront. Outdoor deck has patio table with six chairs and gas grill. Beach level has a fire pit and kayaks for use.

Newly updated home with open floor plan. Great place to enjoy nature on the lake or riding the many bike trails in the area. House is located on dead end quiet road in the Village of Wolverine Lake. Very nice setting with indoor fireplace to enjoy the lake and sunset views. I also offer a 6 passenger car rental that can be available for rental. Just uber to the home and car is waiting in the driveway if needed. Just ask me about it after booking.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
