Welcome dear guests! 🌿 I’m offering a cozy and lovingly furnished home in a მშვიდ and quiet location right by the forest – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The house features three bedrooms, a living and dining area, one bathroom, and a spacious fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher currently not available). Two of the bedrooms are set up as children’s rooms, fully equipped (including toys) and connected to each other. There is also a master bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m). The children’s rooms have beds sized 1.60 × 2.00 m and 1.40 × 2.00 m. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed, allowing up to 8 guests to stay comfortably in total. The fenced terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area invites you to relax outdoors. Below the house, there is a small green area – also perfect for guests with dogs. The house is located in a small, quiet village. Within the village, you’ll find a bakery and a cozy local pub, Anja’s Pub. The Nahe river runs through the village and offers lovely walking paths as well as a refreshing place to cool off during summer. The surrounding area offers many hiking opportunities and great destinations such as Bostalsee, the gemstone town Idar-Oberstein, and the Nationalpark Hunsrück-Hochwald. The cities of Trier, Saarbrücken, and Kaiserslautern, as well as Luxembourg and France, can all be reached within about an hour (Idar-Oberstein approx. 20 minutes). A special extra: On weekends, breakfast with homemade and locally sourced products can be arranged upon request. A Thermomix is also available on request. Terracotta floors, warm colours, and plenty of natural light define the apartment. The new sage-green kitchen is fully equipped, and the round dining table invites you to linger over breakfast. The bedroom with double bed faces the quiet garden side, while the separate living room with TV offers space to arrive and unwind. Access is via a garden staircase with its own entrance, completely independent from the main house. Idar-Oberstein, Germany's gemstone and jewellery town on the German Gemstone Route, is just minutes away: the Felsenkirche (Church in the Rock), the German Gemstone Museum, and the hiking trails of the Nahe region are right on your doorstep. Ideal for business travellers too — quietly located, with everything you need for a longer stay. We live in the main house and are happy to help with any questions — otherwise, you'll enjoy complete privacy. And if you're curious, we're glad to share more about the region's gemstone tradition — it has been our family's craft for 13 generations.

Hausboot Mosel Glück Pölich

Perfekte Lage im Fahrwasser der Mosel mit Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel und Weinberge. Das 15 Meter lange Boot und die Ausstattung sind sehr hochwertig. Auf der 50qm großen Dachterrasse befindet sich eine große Lounge mit Überdachung und Sichtschutz. Des weiteren eine großzügige Sitzgarnitur. Das Hausboot wurde 2024 gewassert. Es stehen Elektrogrill, Heißluftfritteuse, Herd, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine... zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Küchentücher werden gestellt.

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Das Haus Tersteegen liegt in Oberbrombach, einem kleinen Ort am Rande des Nationalparks Saar-Hunsrück. Das im Landhausstil eingerichtete Haus bietet Platz für eine ganze Familie. Der naturbelassene Garten und die direkte Lage am Wald sind optimale Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub im Grünen. Neben den Wanderwegen vor Ort bietet die Gegend 18 zertifizierte Traumschleifen. Auf Anfrage sind Hunde gegen eine Gebühr herzlich willkommen.

Hausboot auf der Mosel

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
