Am Haunsberg in Obertrum, direkt an der Hauptstrasse gelegen, bietet diese moderne Unterkunft tolle Möglichkeiten für Alt und Jung. Wander- und Radfahrmöglichkeiten finden sich direkt vorm Haus, außerdem benötigt man ins Zentrum der Stadt Salzburg mit Bus oder Auto je nach Verkehrslage 20-35 Minuten. Urlaub im Grünen am Wallersee bei Salzburg

Gegend ist sehr ländlich , Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss(2.Etage), ruhig, ungestört. Umgeben von Bauernhöfen und viel Wald kann man in der Nähe von Salzburg gut entspannen und ist dennoch sofort mit dem Auto im Zentrum des Geschehens. Supermärkte sind ganz schnell erreichbar, der Wallersee in Sichtweite. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Baden und Wandern und um Salzburg zu erkunden. Auch das Salzkammergut , Hallstatt und der Königssee sind schnell zu erreichen.Auch mit Öffis gut machbar.

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Reisende und Familien, optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Salzkammergut, nach Bayern oder in die Alpen zum Radfahren und Wandern. Das Apartment befindet sich auf Etage 3 (ohne Lift), kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind am Grundstück vorhanden.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Appartement (Achtung ohne Küche) mit separatem Eingang in einer beschaulich ruhigen Ortschaft Du hast ein eigenes Bad und ein separates WC, kannst den Garten und dessen Sitzgelegenheiten mitbenützen und es gibt auch die Möglichkeit ein Frühstück zu buchen. Im Zimmer findest du eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank, eine kleine Auswahl an Geschirr für alle Fälle und einen mini Backofen. Der Essplatz mit zwei Stühlen kann auch als Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
