Maybe you’d rather meander through the moonahs of ‘Lovers Walk’ or follow the shores of Swan Bay. Look for dolphins as you swim or snorkel, then rinse off in the outdoor shower. Enjoy a BBQ whilst the kids and dog explore the secure yard. End the day in the outside bath under the stars, listening to the ocean.

Lavender Cottage is a cosy , fully self contained cottage, totally private and separate from the main house, in a beautiful garden setting perfect for sitting and relaxing. The cottage has a full kitchen, stocked with pantry staples and everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal if desired. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.

Head into Rye for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie for dinner & drinks. Relax in our deep soaking tub and enjoy a glass of wine by the campfire with a BBQ. Pls note: Our tubs jets are non-functioning and so it is not a spa. 15 mins drive from the blissful Peninsula Hot Springs. NO SCHOOLIES!

We are a short drive to the Ocean Grove town centre and main beach. A stroll away from the cottage you will find a gorgeous nature reserve brimming with local wildlife. You’re friendly pet is welcome to stay at the cottage by arrangement.

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking.
