It has great facilities for kids when the days are cold. It is also a short drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. The house is neat and clean. Next to the beach in a quiet side street this 4 bedroom house offers everything for a relaxing weekend away or an extended stay over winter with both gas heaters and in built wood burning fire in the living areas.
