Modern and super comfortable, offered is a kitchenette, ensuite, seperate bedroom and outdoor patio space with a your own BBQ. Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away

Modern 1 Bed Self-contained Kitchenette Unit

1 Bedroom unit with separate lounge/dining, kitchenette/Laundry, bathroom, toilet and TV. Kitchenette only has microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, possibly only suitable for two weeks max. Entrance via side gate, with lockbox for keys. Ideal for visiting friends and family in the area, beach only 1km away and Joondaup City Centre only 5kms. Take away x2, coffee house, doctors, bakery, bus stops across the street. Short term rental only as kitchenette no ceiling vent. For light cooking only.

Mullaloo Beach Haven is perfectly situated in a quiet neighbourhood only 15 minutes’ walk from the clear, turquoise waters and white sands of beautiful Mullaloo Beach. This modern and spacious one-bedroom apartment is also within a quick walk to the local grocery store (3 mins) and just a short bus ride (5 mins) to the Westfield shopping centre with restaurants, bars and a cinema.
