Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Walking distance to downtown Watkinsville (1 mile). Great location for Georgia football weekends. A paved path leads to finished daylight basement with private access. Daylight Basement Apartment (900 sq. ft.) has a full bathroom, bedroom, living room and bar. Wi-Fi, Darts, 2 smart TV's, small Refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig, Toaster Oven, and a Ice Machine. Towels and linens are provided. Backyard trail leads to Harris Shoals park. Take a hike on the trail to the beautiful shoals.

An abundance of space with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, dishwasher, small countertop convection oven and coffee.Peaceful Southern Charm is fabulous for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 5 PERSON MAXIMUM. There are a total of 3 large rooms and a spacious bathroom. The outdoor patio area for this space has seating and a daybed for enjoyment in the natural setting. Firepit 2 CAR MAXIMUM each booking.

About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee

Briarcliff Garden Guest Suite

Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family lives upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear our toddler or baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t had any issues with noise, check out our reviews!
