This property is conveniently located to everything Athens has to offer. 2 large rooms, a full bath and laundry room. The front bedroom has access to a covered front porch with seating. You will find comfortable queen and twin beds in both bedrooms with a total of 2 queens and 2 twins. The second bedroom leads into the laundry room, kitchenette and full bath. The screened porch and fenced backyard are welcoming and serene. Moments away from: Downtown, Milledge Ave., Bottleworks, Normaltown.

Relax in our quiet townhouse retreat. *note: the bathroom is on the second floor. Downstairs is a living area with sofa bed and a queen-sized bed. It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. Upstairs is a large bathroom and listening area with turntable.

Located on a quiet street the heart of the Boulevard Historic District, you can walk to Downtown or Normaltown in just 10 minutes. This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.
